2.3.20 Logging in issues

I am PC/NA physically based in New England.
I keep trying to log in and getting the "Cannot currently log in..." message. Then when in Character Select, game will drop and I will get "There has been an error. Please wait a few minutes and please try logging in again."
Others getting this issue as well?
