Depends on what you mean really. For example, imo, Magsorc is one of the top tier PvP classes but not so much for PvE.

I'm in no position to give an answer, but you need to provide a lot more context. PvP or PvE? Tank, healer, or dmg dealer? Dungeons, or trials? Open world or bgs? Solo or group?

Your question is impossible to answer as it is.

It's kind of an interesting question. But it is multi-layered. Many, many things come into play: gear, CP points, player skill, etc.

So what if we ask: For the average non-meta player, in what order would you put the classes in order of survivability for PVE play, generally?

Agreed, Some players just want a quick route to a strong class with questions like these. Then the next question is, "I suck, what am i doing wrong, I was told this was the strongest class". Each class can be strong with practice.

I agree with this except for pvp number 6, stam necro is far superior to mag sorc and mag dk atm.

As a Nightblade, our class is okay for Solo and solo only. No group aspects. Class has cast n travel times on 2/3 offensive abilities on our main bar, better off playing S Plar or S Necro or S Den in mostly every situation unless you're bombing or ganking.

Class died when cast times arrived. Cast times are still here on 2/3 NB class abilities as well as 2h+Fighter guild ults.

Templars, no cast times. Warden, no cast times, S Necro, no cast times.

You see the pattern?

****2/3 NB ultimates not class abilties**** the one which has no cast time sucks and it's 200 ULT, 5M radius, 13s uptime.

Conjure a ring of shadow, reducing the Movement Speed of enemies within by 70%, dealing 361 Magic Damage to them every 1 second, and granting you and your allies Major Protection, reducing your damage taken by 30%.

Allies in the area can activate Hidden Refresh synergy, granting them invisibility, increasing their Movement Speed by 70% and healing them for 3249 Health over 4 seconds.

So im a new player. My character is a 2 hander using stam warden that's level 27. I haven't pvp`d any but i am really enjoying pve.

In all honestly is a stam warden that bad in pve?

I'm all about having fun. However, when i queue for dungeons i don't want to be the weakest link or be carried.

By what measure? DPS, as a Healer, tank, hybrid, stam vs. mag, pve or pvp? There are too many variables for an objective ranking.

Don’t worry about it.

Truth is the highest parses on each of the classes can only be reached by .0001% of players. When I do easy vets I’m just happy if I’m not more then 50% of the group’s dps as a healer.

The best player on the weakest class will do two times or more dps then an average player on the highest dps class.
