Just quickly, Which passive is the Shalks Buffed by Flame Staff 12% to Single Target or is it 8% to AoE?

    Flame staff buff is 8%. Shalks are aoe therefore lightning staff.

    Ahh yes 8% got it confused with the 12% to Heavy Attack with the other passive.
