Thanks, I didn't know the vet DLCs were locked to anyone under CP 300.The only way to have ESO+ and not have DLC dungeons in your random queue is to be in the Veteran queue and have less than 300 CP. Or have a friend with low cp or without ESO+ queue with you. They can drop group after you get placed in the instance if there’s want, you’ll still get full credit for the random when you finish.

anyone noticed that you get dlc dungeons at least 80 plus percent of the time. I get a non dlc dungeon about 1 in every 10.
Not really.
It’s a rubbish situation which benefits very few and annoys and harms a significant part of the playerbase.
Forcing players into content they don’t want to do is never good game design.
It’s amazing that the only way to guarantee you don’t get DLC dungeons in your random dailies is to cancel your subscription to ESO.. The only existing situation where ZOS will do what you want by not taking the money.

They are not forcing you. There is an option to queue for specific dungeons. The completely random queue is actually good for the game because it gives players wanting to do a specific DLC dungeon a chance to fill a group.

But it’s a rubbish idea to fill your chosen DLC with a player who isn’t ready for it, doesn’t want to do it and won’t be much help for you simply because they happen to have an ESO subscription. They are unlikely to enjoy/endure it and you will just be frustrated.
Much better to allow players themselves to opt in to having a DLC as part of their random dungeon. That way any player you get to fill spaces will be ready for it.
ESO+ subscribers are being ‘punished’ for subscribing by having a significant chance of being put into a DLC dungeon in every random dungeon run and being used as cannon fodder by ZOS. And that doesn’t benefit anyone.
