Dragonknight PvP Build

Sorta new to PvP and trying to improve my game, been reading on builds and been seeing a lot of players playing staff and S&B. Are these players splitting their attribute points between Mag and Stam? Currently my build is 50-810 with all Stam (64). Race is Nord and I'm playing with 2H Sword (FB) Bow (BB). Sets are Hunding's Rage and Night Mother Gaze, all purple/impenetrable with Slimecraw

I'm thinking of trying the S&B on FB and Flame Staff on BB but I'm not sure how to allocate my attributes.30/34? Going to play around with the CP allocation too, I think its needs some adjusting.

What would you change on this build? I'm thinking of changing race to Breton for sustain (mag) Any advice would be appreciated.

~ Cheers

Staff and S&B is a staple of magicka DKs. You are a Nord Stam DK.

If you want to play with whips and fire things and switch to mag DK, you can stay a Nord. It's not optimal for mag, but the extra ult gen on DK is a solid perk. In terms of playstyle, stamDK is more defensive and leans on short large burst windows, while magDK has to play more aggressive to secure kills... but is much, much squishier than stamDK.

TBH many good MagDK players use Nord. The ult regen is very very nice, more leaps = more salty nubs.

As others have said, put it all into Mag and reckon yourself a MagDK if you want to equip S&B & Flame Staff. However, if you wanted to go 2h or Bow with the Flame Staff, spec for weapon damage and equip Pelinal's. DK's can take relative advantage of Pelinal's when speccing for weapon damage since we have easy access to Minor Brutality. It is reasonably effective in No CP and CP Dueling, probably could be in CP Cyro / IC with enough practice.

As for the best way to split stats with Pelinal's, nobody knows. I don't think.

Yea, I feel like Nord is low key the top pvp race, provided you then go full damage. It's almost like having a free Bloodspawn and then you can wear an offensive helm.

or still use Bloodspawn and Leap twice as much. ..
