Slower frame rate after 10.5.3 update

As subject… I noticed right away after the macOS Catalina update of last Monday. It looks like the frames are in very low rate about one time per second, very unplayable. Resettled NV RAM and changed graphics texture to medium. Didn’t change much. iMac Pro baseline, Radeon Vega 56. Anyone else?

I solved and I explain, just in case someone else is having the same after the update of macOS Catalina 10.5.3:
there was a process running named ScreenSampler generated by Logitech (mouse & keyboard) software and using a very large amount of CPU. See attachment. There was no update so far, so I uninstalled Logitech control.0
