So there has been evidence thanks to @MyNameIsElias that it increases trophy fish drops. But when in summerset does it increase the rate of coral furnishings and more importantly pyandonean bottles? And does it increase the rate of satchels in artaeum? If anyone has experience with it in summerset please let me know ! :)

    No, it does not increase the rate of bottles and/or other items. Only rare fish. It's like fishing with 1 extra person.

    Agree. Recipe's tool tip states "Increase Max Health by 5054 and Max Magicka by 4575 for 2 hours. These effects are scaled based on your level. Additionally, fish may be drawn to you."
