The only place that I know of that you can get hakeijo is in the sewers of Imperial city. How the heck is ANY player suppose to get those if the sewers are ruled?

You buy using telvar from the vendor in your alliance base in the sewers.

Also these event reward boxes are giving them out.

Uh.... I never have landed in that area *shudder*. And on both my accounts I have hakeijo - main has ten, second has 7. I honestly have NO IDEA where they came from.

I also have no clue what they're good for. But considering your post - probably something to do with pvp. Well.... I don't DO pvp. So....? *shrug*

You can buy them with Tel Var from one of the merchants in the sewers

You can also receive them randomly from the reward boxes in Cyrodiil (I’ve probably received around a dozen so far)

So I still have to go to the sewers or cyrodiil to get the stones or the sewers. The drops from daily rewards, take me a few months to get enough. Hmm still pointing me to the mobs. Thanks ESO for screwing the rest of us!

You can also get hakeijo from the midyear mayhem event boxes... pretty rare drop though.
I usually buy them with telvar as max_only posted.
Getting them from the scamps in sewers takes forever even if the sewers are mostly empty of players.

If you haven’t already done so, go to the Crown Store, grab the free quest starter for the event, then jump into Cyrodiil & complete the quest, which gives you the AP boost scroll as a reward, along with a reward box.

Use the AP scroll every 2 hours

Buy siege equipment .. oil, meatbag catapults, ballista etc. .. then defend/capture keeps. Your AP will amass at a ridiculous rate as you kill people & defend/capture keeps.

With AP comes reward boxes, delivered to your mail .... lots & lots & lots of reward boxes ;)

This type of clinging to ignorance would be laughable if it wasn’t so disturbing and disappointing. Why are you playing a game as complex and detailed as ESO if you are content with making such incorrect assumptions?

Unless you think armour enchantments are reserved for PVP players only, then I suggest you open your mind; broaden your horizons; and umm... learn. *shrugs*

I`m sure that everyone knows that some tank builds require the tri-state glyphs. Maybe I want to sell but I can`t so I have to buy. I`ve went into the sewers and got lucky finding three, had to get mobbed several times but hey over 14 months of playing I did get three. YAY!

Hakeijo are runes used to make Tri Stat enchantments. Tank builds use then.

We're getting quite a few Telvar as daily login rewards this month. Entering an IC campaign just takes you to your Alliance's base, so no PvP is needed to spend them at the appropriate merchant in order to buy hakeijo..

    this.

also to everyone not knowing what to use them for:

craft a gold cp 160 glyph of prismatic defense with them. knowing all rune translations greatly increases your chances of getting enchanting master writs as a daily writ reward. these can then be sold or used to powerlevel low lvl toons ;)

you can still sell the glyph afterwards if you have no other use for it. :)

If you want to sell, you have to farm. If they weren't harder to come by, they wouldn't be worth as much to sell.

If you're dealing with a lot of undead or daedra, it does quite nicely on a weapon...I used the infused trait, and kuta to gold it.

If you cant afford hakeijos off the trader then chances are you or your account rather is not seasoned enough nor are you doing activities where hakeijos would make a difference in your builds performance.

Calm down. Hakeijos via telvar is the one thing that creates a viable economic route for people who enjoy spending time in sewers. It's one of the few things that creates actual value and incentive for pvp.

Earn your money elsewhere to fund the hakeijos you so desperately need for your build or grow a pair and spend some time in sewers.

Those are your options and they are damn good ones.

As far as buying them from TV merchants in the sewers, don't be afraid to go there just because it's the sewers. If you queue for a campaign in the Imperial City, you arrive at your alliance's base in the sewers, which is a safe area and where all of the TV merchants are. So there's 0 chance of having to get involved in any PvP to buy anything from those TV merchants. And as far as acquiring the TV in the first place, you will frequently get some for free as daily login rewards.

    Haikejo 101

You can buy 1 for 5k telvar at your base (where it’s safe lol) from the telvar merchant.

1 haikejo goes for 17k on PcNA at the traders. So, you can sell them for a nice profit or buy them should you need them.

Haikejo is most commonly used to create Prismatic Glyphs, giving players half the stats a full mag or Stam glyph would, but stats in all three areas, Health, Stam, and mag.

This is particularly useful to provide the max stats necessary to run Dubious or Witchmother’s when sustain is an issue.

Haikejo is less commonly used to make weapon glyphs for use against daedra? (I’m unsure...never used them for that).

At any rate, ZOS isn’t screwing over anyone as haikejo isn’t hard to come by.
