What loot do you get for vCR +1, +2, +3?

+0 gives you 1 perfected weapon.
Does +1 give you 1 perfected weapon and 1 perfected armor piece, so that you get 2 total drops or do you still get 1 drop like +0, but it's either a weapon or armor?
What about loot for +2 and +3?
