Instance is full error

After today’s update I queued for pledges (PC/NA). After a 15 minute wait I get the invite and immediately acknowledge. I get an error message that the “instance is full” and it kicks me back to the “queued too recently” penalty. So now I sit here wondering if once the ‘penalty’ I’ve been erroneously given will I get the same treatment. Way to fix the DF ZoS ...
