[PC-NA] Cannot check/uncheck some chat options

Doesn't matter if its an existing tab, or trying to create a new tab, I can't seem to turn on/off any of the chat options on the LEFT side of Filters. I can still change the right side, and the guilds I'm in, but I can't interact at all with Say, Tell, Emote, Zone, Zone - French, or Zone - Japanese for some reason.
