Assault Line, Reach Passive

I have a question about the Reach passive found in the Assault skill line. The skill says:

Increases the range of long-range abilities by 2 meters while near a Keep.

Any ability with a range greater than 28 meters is affected.

My question is it 28 meters and above, or 29 meters and above? The only skill I can find that is 29 meters is snipe, are there others? I find several skills that are 28 meters. My build does not use snipe, so i'm not sure if this is something I should spend a skill point on. Thank you in advance for any advice.

This. The length seems to be setup so it does not buff gap closers.

I do not think so. A ballista is not an ability.

28 meters and up. For stam, Poison Injection is 28 meters, same with Silver Shards, both of those are affected, there are others too.

It depends on the skills you're using, if you do use skills that are 28m or more then I consider it a no-brainer as it is very useful for ranged combat. If you don't (if you're melee focused for example), then I'd skip it.

I used to love relaxing on top of platforms and snipe folks from like a million meters away...

Don't give up. I use Propelling Shield on my stam warden in battlegrounds. It gives Focused Aim a 55-meter range 🤗 You can stand in the middle of the lava map and gank people running through the outer ring 💅 Ruin someone's day from a mile away
