Skills, buffs, debuffs trackers for console

If the game can track nightblade light attacks and such, we should be able to see a more comprehensive skill and buff trackers to aid in combat efficiency. This is of course for console...when are we gonna see parse information from ZOS itself. We shouldn’t have to use third party anything to understand the the game you have created.
