Yes. The answer is yes. We are already working on it with might and main. There will be no cardinal breaking of old models, because many are accustomed to their style, but we will refresh their appearance, in addition, new hairstyles, jewelry and costumes will be added.

To me, this suggests that they are working behind the scenes on the character models, hopefully bringing them out of the antiquated and limiting realm of DX9 so that they can have things like capes with cloth physics, better Khajiit tail movement, better hair, etc.
