I couldn't find another post asking about this, but I'm sure there might be somewhere.
I've seen this dress/costume in game in a few locations worn by NPCs, but I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's available to actually wear ourselves? And if not.... ZoS pls, it looks so nice!

✭✭✭✭✭Pretty sure its npc only, never seen it on any players or in lists over costumes.
Nor is it part of the ledgerman clotting who you can steal and use but as it level one clothing with 0 armor its for bank alts only.
Plenty of outfits only npc uses. They also have some weird ones who is an mix of clothing, armor and costumes like the dark shaman costume skirt with an shirt.Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭It's definitely not a costume. I've never stolen one (and I check all the dresses, which I'm sure my very masculine bosmer vamp thief loves doing) or seen a player wearing one so I don't think it's available that way either.
I'd love to have it as a costume though. It would be great for a generic every-day dress for wearing in towns (and would blend in anywhere since so many NPCs wear it).
