I remember months ago when this issue was pointed out. Several friends of mine on console have had this issue.
They're Grand Overlord rank in PVP
Obviously, they're Assault and Support Skill lines are maxed out.
Now they're suddenly at 0.
The skills that they had assigned to their bars are unusable.
