stamina, magicka, health regeneration question

The title sums it, what are the resource regen formulas for combat and out of combat status?
Does size of stamina/magicka/health pool have any influence on the regen rate?
How much resource per second does 1 point of regen create in and out of combat (if applicable)?
Etc.

✭✭✭✭Regen happens every 2s.
Stam Regen cuts off during block.
The number you see is in combat, I think it doubles outside of combat.
HP Regen is not affected by Battle Spirit (PvP debuffs) which normally makes heals half value.
