"Sidelong Sweep" and "Portside Shave" both have a shaved side.

Btw, the another solution is, in case something is missing on that site, is to go to Crown store ingame and select that hair pack that is on the sale, and select to view the content (the default key should be "R" on PC), there you will be able to check all styles live on your character.

As far as I know there isn't one exactly like that. There are a few mohawk looks in the basic hair pack and there is another shaved sides style for sale on it's own for crowns. Neither option includes long braids though.

Yeah, but don't forget appearance change token on top of that price if you would like to apply on existing char, just saying not to be sorry later.

You dont need an appearance change to use crown store hair styles. Just pick the one you want from your collectables menu and equip.

Which is why I don't have "style" IRL. My hair grows at about an inch a month. So I wear it very long and straight - pulled up in a pony band mostly, though I do wear it down for "special occasions" (like going grocery shopping.... yeah.... that's a "big deal" when you're my age and town is an 80 or 140 mile round trip....)

Don't EVER believe that your hair growth slows down when you're old. Mine grows much faster than it did when I was 50 years younger.

Yeah I haven’t noticed any slowing down. I just really, really hate having long hair. Much more day to day maintenance. Short hair is great, just put in some hair clay and go. As long as you remember to book trims regularly, oops

Nah, I wash it twice a week, let it air dry, wear it down a couple of days then jerk up into a pony. I've worn it this way since my teens.... not ever changing it.

I do have to have it straightened every 6 months now though. For some ungodly reason when I got into my 60s my hair decided to go afro. Literally. *sigh*

    Yeah.

This is probably the single best value for money crown store item you can buy.

The head and body marking packs similarly allow you to apply those without needing to use an appearance change token. For humanoids it's admittedly a lot of junk tattoos and scars which you might never use. But for Khajiit and Argonians, it's their fur and scales. Allowing you to make them look totally different.

For Khajiit there's even a body marking which turns you completely black - even if your base fur is completely white.

In point of fact, you CANNOT select the crown store hairstyles when you're in the CharGen menu. You need to equip those from the colletables menu.

For sheer number of goodies included? No question. Those cosmetic packs are nuts.

Overall? I'm a little less certain, it gives you on the go access to a lot of stuff that is available base game, but it doesn't let you access anything you couldn't have obtained in CharGen. For example, with body markings, it gives you 119 items, but you're probably going to use less than a dozen of them. Having said that? If you're into Fashion Scrolls, it is an excellent value.

Overall it's a clear and resounding yes from me.

You have to pay 1000 crowns (undiscounted) each time you want to change your appearance.

These packs are 1000 crowns (undiscounted) each but once purchased you don't need to pay anything - crowns or gold - to apply any owned hair style, face or body marking.

That gives you a lot of freedom with your appearance for a one-off purchase.

True. Though I really was disappointed that the packs were still gender and race limited. I want to be able to use anything in the packs on any race, either gender....

Though it's highly unlikely I'd use beards etc. on females!

    I can relate.

I found someone selling crowns in game and decided to buy myself the hair pack. Cos I thought it'd be nice to have that. And I had enough spare gold to buy the other two as well, so splurged.

When I switched to my khajiit and argonians and realised I could change their fur and scales, I was simultaneously thrilled and kicking myself for not having discovered so fantastic sooner.

I think quite a lot of the hairstyles are unisex.

The older version of the wiki page for it lets you browse them more easily.

    It's swings and roundabouts.

One monumental effort, but less often vs many smaller efforts, every day.

    Take your pick.

I find short hair is more upkeep, in terms of hours, if anything.

You have to wash it every day, or at least every other day, for it to look good (as opposed to once, or twice, a week for long, thick hair) and then have to have it cut far more often.

Short hair is far easier to manage, while you're managing it - washing and conditioning it is much quicker and easier and it dries far more quickly - but it requires more attention, over all.

This may depend on hair type - my hair is long, thick and naturally wavy/curly.

So, even though washing/conditioning it is a real chore, I can then let it dry naturally and it looks OK - better than it does when heat styled, in fact (although, that may be a matter of preference).

Down side is it takes about a day to dry fully...

As I say, swings and roundabouts.
