The map shows the new lands! I’m guessing the bottom half of the map is blackreach. I also think the Markarth DLC in Q4 will be the other half of the map where blackreach is.

✭✭✭✭✭My guess was that we'd get Hjaalmarch, Haafingar and at least half of Whiterun (to get the actual Greymoor in it as well), with the Reach being the Q4 DLC and the Pale and Winterhold being left for future DLC/Chapters.
This maps pretty much confirms that, although Whiterun hold with Rorikstead is being covered up by the underground part of the map, while Markarth lies beyond the western edge of the map.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.0
