Inviting players for screenshots

I'd love to take spesific screenshots of my houses with other players. Is there a way to invite someone specific? I have friends and I'm in 5 guilds. Yet I never managed to find someone who is:
- specific race
- has a costume/motif/style specific to the "task" and/or race
- simply wants to take part even if he/she meets previous requirements!

I don't ask for something weird, no. Example: once I called my friends, Argonian race, dressed in Argonian costume/motif, to take part in screenshoting a house designed as a cultural Argonian house in Morrowind. I... ended up with jokes about... well... polishing a spear, let's put it like this and some promises to come soon. No one showed up.

As for me, I'm always ready to take part in such events. I have characters of all races dressed in their racial style. How do I find others like me - willing to take part? An RP guild?

An RP guild or a housing specific guild are probably your best bets as those have most of the criteria of people who would be interested with.
I'm not big into RP guilds but housing guilds I know of are.

DDA and HFB are the only two I have any experience with but I know they are relatively heavy into housing/decorating being the main focus of the guild. I know a lot of guilds list themselves under "Housing" but it's barely a thing talked about in gchat.
