Game Size (Save around 20GB+) - EU

So, what would be cool - really cool - is if ZOS could simply not install every language file on my harddrive.
I deleted German/French, I believe it was - left English - and saved around 20+GB. (Why have it download to begin with? Should be an option)

Just sayin' - I mean, this new update is to make smaller file sizes.. this is something really simple they can do to help everyone out that may not know they can even do this.

Yeah, wondered about that myself. I don't need the drive space, but I'd sure love to not have to download anything but the English language files.

I've recently been juggling games as space has been running out.
(1TB drive)
One reason I haven't played ESO since Summerset - just didn't have the room for the game.
(It literally is the largest game I own - and I have quite a few...)

Looking forward to seeing how small the update will make the files.

I've got about 6 TB in total. Probably going to buy another 3 TB internal.

Oh HELL no. I've got every file I've ever downloaded, every email I've ever sent and received (which I might add has saved my life with clients more than a few times), every game I've ever played (and I do go back and replay them), every book (around 2k) I've ever bought for Kindle. Besides, I can buy a 3 TB internal for about $135 at Costco....

how can you delete the unwanted languages?

At Least when you horde digital content, you do not end up on a TV show where everyone questions mentality....😁

For the record, I have 4 TBs of Drives in the main PC, a 10 TB and a 15 TB NAS Arrays. Then there is the laptop, the file server, the.....

Now I am questioning my own mentality....🤪

… However, if you're like me, you will need to go to your Steam Folder in order to find the Zenimax Online/Elderscrolls Folder.
Once there, just take the vo_de and vo_fr files and delete... (amazing how much space they take)

The above comment I made, (about having ESO in the SteamFolder) brings up another annoyance.
*** You download the full game from Steam and then it redownloads it again from ZOS! (They really have to straighten that bit out!
