In order to resolve the issue where some guilds received a double refund from a guild trader bid, we will be taking PC EU offline for maintenance tomorrow, January 21 starting at 6am EST. During this time, we will be removing any excess gold from guild banks and the economy that was obtained from this error. Note that we have logs of all the gold, and if an affected guild doesn't meet the required amount we need to deduct, we will be zeroing out the guild bank and resetting all current guild trader bids from that guild.
We anticipate being complete around 8am EST. Afterwards, you will be free to once again use gold from your guild bank as normal.

ZOS_GinaBrunoCommunity ManagerJust to follow up and close the loop on this, we have removed the gold from the affected guilds and you can once again safely use gold from your guild banks. Guilds that did not have sufficient gold in their guild banks have had their balance zeroed out and all guild trader bids reset. We will be conducting further investigations on a handful of these guilds.7
