Dear and loved ZOS,
It’s been long 6 years since launch and, surprise, you have a BIG South America fanbase.
Since Russia is getting a new server (very well deserved), you should start thinking about us!
I’m now sitting on a 20k Brazilian Facebook fanpage of ESO (notice that I didn’t say “ES”). And there are 5 more groups of the same topic (yes, we like Facebook groups), you can check it right now. We are now creating our third branch of our guild (which by far isn’t the biggest Brazilian guild). We seriously have a dedicated whatsApp chat group with tons of nerds gossiping about the game the WHOLE day. This and many MANY more communities around South America (among other places around the world) which I can’t talk for but am sure that they really feel the lack of dedication towards them.
While I know we are talking about a 80gb game with LOADS of information, texts, dialogues, voices, sounds, there’s still A LOT you can do (besides translating the game)!
For example:
Work for a special ESO Plus deal. We currently have to pay R$ 50,00 (roughly) a month (in the 3-month deal, which isn’t even the most expensive one), which is about 1/20 what a normal Brazilian citizen would receive a month, and that’s crazy!
I know it’s hard to make a good deal since it’s all about the currency BUT I’m pretty sure you can do something. In fact, Argentina’s got a better deal of the Plus and some Brazilians are obliged to purchase using a VPN (which I know is wrong but again they have no choice).
Also, we want to take part in the giveaways, even if that means we won’t be eligible for the physical prizes. Crowns are really appreciated!
About that, I’d like to address the fact that we simply can’t order a physical Collector’s Edition of Greymoor, which is an absurd. We are literally willing to buy your product and... you are not selling it.
I do know this kind of post has been made before BUT it’s now up to the 4th expansion and yet nothing’s changed. (And I really wanted that damn vampire statue!)
-On my shoulder, Ms. Ahvine
