Duplicate item in mail from guild store purchase

i received a duplicate item in my mail after relogging.
i reported it due to it being a possible exploit. i don't want to get my account or anyone else's to get banned over something like this.

You will want to report this directly to ZOS as it's basically a MASSIVE exploit if it can be replicated at will. Actually, even mentioning it here might not be a good idea. Perhaps edit out the details.

how do i do that? open a support ticket?

i assumed it was a rare issue due to server lag. i'm not trying to give advice on how to replicate it, i just wanted to know whether anyone experienced the same thing..
