Add to Or Create Another Zone Like Imperial City

This zone is the least zerged (and punishes zerging for that matter), has real in game economical punishment/reward to dying/killing within it from npcs to players alike, it is the most lucrative gold farm in the game in the form of hakeijo farming, and it is styled similarly to the dark forest which is by far the greatest pvp zone ever created in any mmo ever. Honestly I think ESO could definitely use another zone like this or for this zone to have additions made to it. This zone is probably literally the only reason I still play the game. I don't see this coming in the skyrim expansion though any change made along these lines would be a great addition to the game (just no more zone specific sets please thats a horrid idea and decrements from the genuineness of the pvp that exists in the zone).

Honestly, I LOVE the Imp City. Its easily my favorite PvP zone. I think they should add to it. Besides, I think creating yet another PvP zone would be too much. They might start spreading themselves too thin.
