Finally able to claim resources

My rank allows me to claim resources whilst in cyrodiil. It is a guild that belongs to the same alliance for which I play. Yet I would be prevented from claiming keep or any form or rss. Finally in the last patch perhaps the bug got fixed. However, I still experience a remnant, when I claim resource, I can’t see “guild store”. All the Npc are wearing the guild tabard, but the store doesn’t show “guild store” option.
