Guild and Glory: remove Imperial City from the bundle

Hello everyone.
Since the Imperial City DLC is free for everyone, and you can't gift this bundle to anyone who owns any of the DLCs contained in it, can we have a bundle with just the Orsinium, Thieves Guild, and Dark Brotherhood DLCs?
