Skill Respec Shrines in Cyrodiil

I know the odds of devs reading and implementing this are low but still wanted to put it out there.

Currently, you need to leave pvp to respec skills. This is a real drag at times when the queue is 1+ hours long. An example that happens to me often is that I like to use the solo vigor morph when I'm solo(ish) and aoe morph in groups. When there's a long queue I just have to pick one and roll with any changing circumstances. It would be an absolute godsend to be able to respec my morphs at the gate.

I'm not suggesting it cost less or cost AP (although that option would be cool) but just that this is one thing missing from Cyrodiil that would be a huge quality of life improvement to a lot of people I know.

This is one of those things that if anyone at ZOS actually played their own game this would already exist in game.

I used to want them in IC too but that's a moot point now you can get right in.

This is a great idea! I have a pve healer main and sometimes I only remember to respec when I'm in Cyro. The cp tree is easy but the morphs necessitate leaving again which is a no go on a queue of 50!
