I hope we get vampire dialogue

I dont want a line or two I mean like if the dawnguard or something similar is in the chapter I hope we can play a serana type char where we constantly get attacked over being undead

Are you asking for an "rp" kind of an attack of a 30k hp assassin that tickles and dies with a slap or for a 300k hp mercenary that goes into battle with a scream that has a heavy attack that can oneshot you?

I'd be a lot more hyped for a storyline that was substantially different based on whether you were a vampire or not. It doesn't have to go full Dawnguard, but I'd like it to make a bigger impact than "Why, yes, I'm a necromancer" did in a region plagued by necromancy.

Instead, I'm pretty sure that vampire players will have no choice but to fight against the NPC vampires, just like how pro-Telvanni Dunmer had no choice but to free the slaves.

We've had expansions focused on:

Dunmers who don't really acknowledge that you are a Dunmer,
Altmers who don't really acknowledge that you are an Altmer,
Khajiit who don't really acknowledge that you are a Khajiit.

Something tells me that this time we are getting an expansion about Nords and vampires who don't really acknowledge that you are a Nord or vampire.

Summerset surprised me by how much dialogue was 'you're a high elf', more so than I got anywhere else in the game

I hear the necromancer dialogue in elswyer was a bit lackluster thou

Morrowind was very on-the-nose sometimes with your character asking questions about Vivec, Red Mountain etc and getting explanations like that, or being called Outlander.

But Summerset was pretty good in that regard. I remember talking as an Altmer about Altmer marriage and getting a completely different dialogue and attitude out of it.

Can't speak for Elsweyr because I haven't really set foot in there yet.

I also hope we get some vampire dialogue, but also vampire interactions for the justice system. If stage 4 makes it as if you had a large bounty on your head then I don't think merchants would just calmly say "clear your vampirism stage before we can make a deal" and then not even run away. But at the same time, we can't really have merchants running away from us because that would mess with things for other players...

It will probably just be the Necromancer way and vampiric skills get you bounties but nothing cool like stage 4 getting you attacked on sight etc.

I think this is a general critique that ESO should take into consideration as they go forward.

I think there should be more dialogue that is specific to your Race & Class.

This is why I absolutely love playing as an Argonian. There is a ton of obvious unique dialogue from just about everywhere especially from Dunmer, Altmer, and fellow Saxhleel.

I have played the other races, and find that there's much less obvious dialogue pertaining to your race.

I'm hoping they do this AND revisit some old zones where your vampirism should be relevant and acknowledged *cough* Rivenspire *cough*.

They've gone back and added dialogue for characters from base game zones who show up in Expansions/DLC so that they acknowledge meeting you if you do the quests out of release order, so I don't feel it's that big a stretch to hope for.
