So yeah, title says it.

Falkreath hold house was cool. But it was mostly the tomb and very little actual house. Other Nord themed houses are too small. I’m saving my coin hoping that there will be one perfect for my Nord this year.

Yeah, what I want is a large (but not enormous!) sized home, but in the Manor/Notable category when it comes to furnishing slots (i.e. 700 slots).

With proper rooms leading off hallways/landings and with doorways (as opposed to endless, large corridor rooms) and a basement.

Think Alinor Townhouse sized, but with a basement and 700 slots.

I definitely approve of this! Maybe some type of large lodge with a decent exterior in a snowy, woodsy area. Something cozy, but spacious. And with as many rooms as the Alinor Crest Townhouse or Grand Psijic Villa (maybe more). A manor home, as mentioned above, but with decently-sized rooms to avoid the 700 item limit becoming unforgiving.

But pleeease don't let it be like the disaster that is Hakkvild's High Hall. No awkwardly-placed doors, balconies that don't connect, and a single interior with a lot more than just two rooms! XD Even if you have to make rooms you have to go though door to get to. Just like with Grand Psijic Villa or Tel Galen.

Also, for those who don't wish for a house that's huge (and most likely pricey), I hope the trend of townhouses also continues!

Nord/Solitude architecture would be wonderful for a farm IMO. A huge farm with 700 slots and no additional restrictions on the number of pets and mounts you can place. That's something I would love to see!

Autumn's gate might have been a cute little farm, but the two chickens and single pig I could place look somewhat ... pathetic IMO.
They did a better job with the small house part of the Hall of the Lunar Champion. I could place enough chickies, piggies and goats to make it look farm-y.

I think, for a really convincing looking farm, they would have to make it so you could place several of the same pet (in the same breed/colour).

So, several pigs of the same type, several goats of the same type and the same with all the other farmyard type animals (chickens, ducks, cows, sheep etc.).

Otherwise, it might be possible to make an acceptable looking smallholding, within the current limits (in a Manor/Notable), but it's not possible to make even a very small farm.

As farms, invariably, have multiples of the same breed - not just one of each.

They could introduce a new housing category, "Farmhouse", to enable this.
