We know there is a new system coming out and a vampirism overhaul. We don't know fully what is happening but we do know that we are going to see the return of the House Ravenwatch some members are coming back in this chapter. I doubt this idea will ever come through but if it was like this I would think it would be so epic. I imagine it will be epic anyways but here is my idea of epic.
According to Melina Cassel shes one of our mailing stuff to you npcs and a member of House Ravenwatch in her story she tells you she ends up falling in love with a Resolute of Stendarr and she helps them out later on in her story.

Since we are seeing House Ravenwatch. We know they are going to be involved somehow. Jakothon Sacred-Oath is a Resolute of Stendarr that comes from Skyrim. Maybe that is how it all starts and well they would be the ones to help us fight it.
Now what happened in her story could be the beginnings of a unique alliance between Unlikely bedfellows.
House Ravenwatch seems to be a neutral Breton/Vampire house who's leader before he became a martyr was mainly interested in Artifacts and also learning and exploring ruins and was involved in pursuing scholarly pursuits while the Resolute of Stendarr deal with unnatural threats.
An Unlikely Alliance could form. The two sides benefit from each other. So the storyline could be about helping both groups deal with a big threat. Maybe the enemy vampires/witches/werewolves are seeking artifacts and this is why we are going to have to dig around and prevent the witches, vampire and werewolf army from acquiring them.
The two skill lines will deal with the mini game but also because of the alliance between Ravenwatch and the Resolutes of Stendarr. Work closely hand to hand. Resolutes skill line would help deal with threats like vampires, witches and werewolves while passively increasing the effectiveness of fighters guild abilties and also protecting and acquiring artifacts. House Ravenwatch skill line would improve chances increase the quality while also improving your vampiric abilties and also lycanthropes abilties if you happen to be a lycanthrope while also focusing mainly on excavating artifacts. Dailies would be given by Melina Cassel for finding artifacts. Each artifact will give more House of Ravenwatch reputation . Dallies given by Jakothon Sacred-Oath would deal with the threats to excavation sites. As well as dealing with the various threats. Each threat you stop increases the Resolute of Stendarr Reputation.
Helping both would improve the chances to stopping the Witch,Vampire and Werewolf Alliance.
So each new skill line that is added not only improves the Antiquities system but also helps stop those working against Skyrim and the World. Though we do't have Dawnguard this could be the next best thing. Helping two Underdog factions that might not get along as well but work together to stop an even bigger threat?
i would love if the new system could also be one that is part of the main storyline. We become more Indiana Jones, Lara Croft not because of we like to dig but to deal with a threat that is bigger then either House Ravenwatch or the Resolute's of Stendarr to handle and it could contribute to the stopping of the threat going on in Blackreach and up in the world. The questline would also take us to all kinds of locations in black reach and later once the main threat is over maybe The Resolute's and House Ravenwatch can join together to inhabit the vampiric city down below going by that is what I think we are seeing in the trailer a city of vampires and werewolves and reform things done there. What do you all think?
Though it won't be exactly Dawnguard vs vampires but I think it could satisfy both sides if we could have a unique storyline that involves Ravenwatch and Resolute's of Stendarr. Plus get to meet both Melina Cassel and Jakothon Sacred-Oath and have those two help us out in the new exploration system they are adding in.
Tell me what you think?
You like this idea? Or do you have your own?
