Nightblade skill change

I was watching this video & it gave me an idea:

If sorc can negate magic classes why not change veil of blades to negate stamina damage. It makes sense that if a nightblade throws a smoke bomb in front of enemies that they would miss their attacks, unless they were magical attacks that could trace through the smoke like a homing missile.

Wouldn't get much use. The reason why negate magicka is so strong in large scale is because most players in large scale PvP are magicka. A stamina negate would probably only affect stamina wardens.
