The lack of cooldown is what makes this the unique mmo that i can tolerate(and ultima online but i wound't pay a sub fee for a 20+ yo game). IF you look to Greymoor trailer, at 2:35, is hinted that vampire lords MAYBE can be back from skyrim

The greatest problem of skyrim vampire lord is the high amount of skills on cooldowns. Why not create a separated blood pool. Like VtMB and skills such as mistform draining from this secondary resource? IMO the fantasy of a vampire lord being able to assume mist form but needing to spend blood on it is better than being able to be in mist form once per X seconds. As for ultimate, the Blood Boil from VtMB should be back IMO. Cooldowns only exists on gaming. You don't see literature about someone able to jump and then needing to wait X seconds to jump again but able to kick and use other things.

✭✭✭✭✭Vampire Lord / Blood Scion (or whatever they name the transformation) is the Ultimate of the Vampire skill line. Most likely it will be a 15-30s transformation a la Werewolf or Necro tyrant.
The CD is basically the time it takes to generate enough Ultimate to activate the skill again.
