Used to be false confidence a few patches ago. But now it is absolutely busted. Idk what changes they made but it's a very stupid set and should be gotten rid of or reworked. I'm sure anyone actually cowardly enough to run it will probably not be mad if it disappeared from their inventory lmao like unless they're bad enough that it's a crutch even then like how to you live with yourself equipping that cheese set.

Agree. It is a large neon sign saying, “take this persons tel.”
I disagree OP. It is a niche set that has a single use which is IC.
It also makes for interesting solo builds. IC is half dead anyway so why make it even more lame

What do you think changed? I don't recall seeing anything.
Why so angry about it. It's a beacon on who to focus lol.
It's a niche set that adds some spice to IC, most of which has been taken away with all the changes. Why make the whole game dull. Sets not a problem.

Let’s be honest it’s not just used by solo players, I mostly see it used by groups of players running around being annoying. Can’t kill you but you sure as hell can’t kill them either. It’s cheesy , only “balanced” because it’s exclusive to a dead zone.

Pirate skeleton, IP, impreg on my stamden was rough for most people to handle. Only person that had me worries was a really skilled magblade from AD. Totally balanced as it's essentially a free 5k payday if you suck.
Alienoutlaw wrote: »nothing to change high risk high reward, much like every other "NERF" post OP has made
if you have been to imp city at all you know that a blue light over your head is literally going to make no difference in somebody wanting to kill you or not.... banking every 10k telvar is a fools errand. and yea im posting because i'm trying to help zos balance the game. i haven't come up with these opinions on my own lol it's common consensus amongst eveyone ive dueled in imp city.

how is removing a set that is a player's choice to wear or not calling for balance? i'm struggling to see what your issuse with the set is other than yet another thread about the tank meta
I'm banking every 250 (not 250k, no, I MEAN 250) TV I can get my hands on. Which is why I own the incredible amount of 35.000k TV after incredible five years of playing xD... if I didn't bank every 250 TV, I probably had no TV at all, as often as I break my neck down there. Just keys.banking every 10k telvar is a fools errand

It's just a cheesy set for magicka users
It's honestly not good at all on stamina users

think you need to go have a look at what the set Actually does before call for its nerf...........................wait i'll do it for you
(2 items) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
(3 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
(4 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage
(4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(5 items) While you are in Imperial City, you tap into the power of the Tel Var Stones you are carrying, increasing your Health, Magicka, and Stamina by 1032. While you have a 4x Tel Var Stone multiplier this effect is increased by 600%.
Looks pretty balanced to me and i see no crutch for a magicka user
your welcome

I didn’t say it was just used by solo builds. Please read first, thnx.
That said the set should be kept in IC, as is. It is available to everyone and has always added to IC in a good way.
All I see here is same lame inflammatory remarks and the same cliche comments, lol. If you want to be honest.
Seems some people need something else to relax....

LOL, So those that wear this set are cowardly and use it as a crutch?
Nothing about the set is a crutch for either damage or tank builds. As has been pointed out it is very balanced overall.
So I am requesting OP back up their words calling users of this set cowardly and explain how it is a crutch as there is a significant risk to wearing this set.

I'd agree it's better on magicka classes, but that's not the set, it's the way the game balances magic and stam. Stam classes don't generally need the extra magicka, whereas a mag player will be less like to get drained of stamina and/or can use the extra stam pool for sprinting.
I think OP is looking at the wrong part of the set to understand why it exists.
Regardless, don't like the set choose another. At that OP did not even bother to so say why the set should be removed so Zos has no reason to pay attention to this thread. Title does not say it all.
BaiterOfZergs wrote: »It’s a matter of perspective. Seen people say this set is fine but complained about pirate skeleton and those same people happened to use BRP weapons plus run around with near capped resistance.
There is a down side to the set but it’s not really a down side because tel var is easily obtained and 10k isn’t a lot. If a set like this existed in open world the tone would change, it’s the fact it’s in imp city that makes it fine. No one really plays in there but specced right you can turn yourself into a mini emp resource wise.
I don’t care to nerf it, that’s the problem now everything gets nerfed, however I’m not going to pretend it’s balanced. It’s not meant to be balanced either, the “balance” is suppose to be the risk of losing stones. But we know no one actually cares about that part of it or else they most likely wouldn’t put it on.
