Obsidian Shard/Stone Giant 15 meters now???

I just came back from a break and I noticed that my Stone Giant was a stamina morph. I swapped over to Obsidian Shard and realized that it's only 15 meters. I can't even hit someone on a keep wall with that. If ZOS is taking away the stun- that's fine... but why the hell would they make it only 15 meters? A DK literally has ZERO class skills that can utilize the "Reach" passive in Cyrodiil. Is there a patch note that explains the reasoning behind 15 meters?
@ZOS_BrianWheeler If you're going to make Obsidian/Stone Giant where it doesn't stun- at least give us the range to it!
What other class is limited to short range? Hell, what class is the paper/rock/scissors to a DK's range limitations where it has the opposite effect (IE: NO short range abilities)?

Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.
