Will JUST the dungeons be available in the PTS? Or will new mechanics like the antiquities system work WITHIN the dungeons?

✭✭✭✭✭If Skyrim is released piece meal like Dragon Guard was, then the Antiquities will be on the PTS about a month before they show up in the game.
