You should try saying it in Dovahzul. I bit my tongue 3 times on the first syllable.Google says $1 usd exchanges to 24.29 Hryvnia. So $39.99 (basic digital upgrade) equals 971.40 Hryvnia. Sounds like you guys are getting a hell of a deal. I just realized you meant 1,799.00. Nevermind.
Your currency is also quite challenging to pronounce in English.

I wrote in support (ticket number 200117-003883). They pretend that it is not their responsibility
As far as I know, that's a blatant lie. Prices are always set by the devs. But steam has some regional price guidelines which devs can follow (or not, as they like). These guidelines could be reasonable or not. But in the end it's up to the devs.TonyWerner wrote: »Steam sets their prices on their store.

This truly isn’t zeni’s to handle. They can contact Valve as a business partner and ask that they review the international pricing structure, but they cannot compel any changes in the Steam store. This is 100% on Valve, not Zeni.
Game studios tell Valve what the retail list price will be for content. Valve then decides what to actually list it for in the Steam store.

Zeni can interfere. Finding out why their clients are being ripped off almost double the price compared to last year, and 50% more than the official price. It's their product, not Valve!
Can but do not interfere. Because it is not their "responsibility". They are indifferent to their players / clients.
I regret spending so much time and money for this company.
Just write to Steam's support. I am sure ZOS give Valve only recomended price and % revenue they will get from sales, from that point Valve can set whatever prices they want and ZOS can't do nothing about it. I am sure it's just a mistake, but only Valve can fix it.

Every time I try to write a support there, with this problem, through navigation, I get a game support page, not Steam.
