Digital Code for Physical Collectors Edition

Will we, upon proof of purchase, be able to receive a digital code for early access (if there is one) if we purchase the Physical Collectors Edition or in case it's delivered late? This was done for the other Physical editions, but since there hasn't been one for a while I was curious about this and if it would work the same.

They seem to have moved away from the term "Early Access." The Chapter will still go live on PC before console, but it now seems to be called the official PC release. All physical CEs will be available on the PC release date, although it does depend on the courier getting shipments delivered on time for people who order online rather than pick up in store. (Console players can also pick up the physical CE for their platforms on the PC release date, but the Chapter and its bonuses won't go live in game for them until June.)

I suspect part of why we had no Elsweyr physical CE was all the hassle they had with Morrowind and Summerset in terms of the early access logistics. The way they've set it up now, there's no "early access" to miss (and all pre-order/CE in-game bonuses will only be available for physical CEs owners "on launch"), so you'd only need a special code if the courier delivers it late. Now that's a genuine concern with the current state of shipping, but by the time you realize that shipment is late and contact Support, the game will probably arrive before Support can get around to the ticket.
