✭Have you tried again to gift it through the Crown Store? I thought the outcome was that the Crown Store had been fixed to allow this, yet your post in this thread sounds to me like you're waiting for Support to do something else?I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me! -

I believe in this person's original thread that Gina said they were working on a fix for this, but that there is NOT currently a fix in place yet.
OP had a customer service rep tell them they'd do it for them (OP's friend already has Imperial City, so it won't let OP gift the whole bundle because of the "player already owns this content" error you get).
