    I'm guessing this relates to gifting someone a DLC pack when that person already has some of it? That couldn't previously be done, but they said they were working on enabling it and meanwhile perhaps Support have done a one-off enablement?

    If I'm right, is there a prize :wink: ?

    Yea, unless someone saw their other thread complaining they would not have a clue what OP is talking about. Devil is in the details.

    As they followed up in a reply they did explain some that it has to do with the 4 pack of the original DLCs cannot be purchased if someone already obtained one of the DLCs. Most commonly IC since Zos gave that aware for free last year.

    I suggest OP edits the OP to make that clear.

    someone i was trying to gift the 4 dlc pack,had in fact accepted the free imperial city dlc and so i couldnt gift it to them so i contacted support for help and the above is the response i was given......

    and i use it, or rather Steam uses a version of it, to run windows games on linux, as i game on linux, i fiind steam to be an incredible value and wine an invaluable tool. there would be no gaming on linux with games designed for windows without it.

    Treat the support like humans and they will go out of their way to help. I know I been in cs work for years, I help those who are nice and tend to shaft the rude idiots.
