Was not really impressed with anything else and the drop rate is so horrible it's almost impossible to get all of them. For how long we waited for the event it should of been a drop in every crate for how short the event was.0 -

Do you mean that the pages aren't bankable? It would be strange for the outfit styles themselves to not be account wide, especially since the unlock in collections. Yes, the page just stays on that character until you use it, sell it, or trade it. But once consumed, the style itself can be applied to any character on your account for the specified gold cost at the Outfit station. Mine were not locked by character at all. When I learnt them, they were unlocked for all my other characters too and they showed up in my collections.Far too many characters to list any more.0 -

If you read the page, it is unlocked for the account. However, you can't bank it before you read it.Taking stealth away from the Bosmer is like taking magic away from the Altmer, making Nords allergic to mead, or making Orcs pretty.0 -
