I don't want to be rushed to the front of the line. I'm perfectly fine waiting a reasonable amount of time. I work in eCommerce (as a software engineer) and a customer service request of 5 days is unacceptable. The industry standard max is 48 hours. Bethesda's net worth is $2.5 billion. They can afford enough reps to handle 4500 requests a day easily. My current company handles more and our net worth is under $1 billion.
I'm not worried about how long I am waiting because I have to wait. I am concerned that a company of this size cares so little about their customer service experience.

It might be in other areas of software, but its actually pretty normal for game companies. Games tend to have far more customer service tickets because of their nature than standard software. Because of the holidays you can expect a week or two on tickets
