Psijic Shield - Concentrated Barrier - Bugged

The Psijic passive, Concentrated Barrier, is bugged.
The shield is only supposed to be active while I hold block. However, I can currently hold block to activate the shield and then release block and the shield still persists. I even swap bars to a bar without Psijic skills and the shield is still up.
Two Psijic skills are pretty integral for my PvP build, but I don't want to get banned for an exploit I have no control over. So here's video proof.

Edited by ChunkyCat on January 6, 2020 5:03PM While you have a Psijic Order ability slotted and are Blocking, you gain a damage shield that absorbs 5000 damage. This damage shield recharges back to full strength after you spend 10 seconds not Blocking.
