this is FUN to use in Cyrodiil. all purple with random traits (i got it as drops from dungeons), only 1 is impen, no divine, i brought it to Cyro... using my usual StamDK 2H/shield setup, the proc (tooltip 6.5k-ish) is consistently in the top 3 of my DPS log via CombatMetric....
its just every now and then it pops pops pops.... in the zerg chaos i NEVER saw the actual skeever, but i saw those green balls fling themselves to the enemy and hitting 3k~3.5k.... and the 4-pieces bonus is very decent too.
matching it with Unfathomable Darkness tho is shite.... went back to NMA jewel/weapons and this set holds surprisingly well compared to Ravager or Spriggan or NMA......
I need to see if it holds itself in a vet Dungeon too....
PS: somebody pst me to use Velidreth and I did, and it was even more fun!
