martial priorities are wrong

I had ingots in my inventory, yet crafting used materials in my craft bag instead. obviously the game is supposed to prioritize mats in you inventory, then mats in your bank, and mats in your craft bag last. now I have ~400 ingots in my inventory which are supposed to be in my craft bag. please fix this bug, and also put the rubidite ingots back into my craft bag where they belong.

Sounds like someones ESO+ ran out.

The game will always first use materials from craftbag. You do not get to keep a safely tucked stash of mats after your ESO+ runs out.

yes, but I had mats in my inventory.

that is literally absurd from a game design standpoint.

You also had mats in your craftbag.

It makes perfect sense from marketing standpoint.

The game pulls from the craft bag first. This is intentional and by design. They don't want you to sub for a month (or use the occasional free weekend) to stash a bunch of reserves.

Would it be more user friendly if it pulled from inventory first? For sure, but that doesn't mean that is the way it is.
