lava foot soup-and-saltrice wrong tooltip?

Im CP 610 and after eat lava foot i get around 4500 stam and 450 stam. rec. instead of 4936 and 493 as tooltop says.
Anyone knows why? Does it scale to CP 810?

Tolltips for all food buffs show incorrect values on stats screen. Long known problem.

Which means it actualy gives 4936 stamina?

Did not understand, stats tooltip on food or on character screen?

I believe the cp cap is still cp160. If this is true, nothing should be scaling past the cap.
