Access Code Not Sending Through

Hello,

I am not receiving my access code to my email, which will not allow me to access my account so i can resubscribe. This is very frustrating because this the computer I have used to play this game for about 4 year no idea why I need the damn thing. I have check my filters and firewall and that is not the problem. Please fix the problem.
