Just wondering what the average wait time is for a support ticket to be resolved... Mine is not an urgent one at all, more of a question than an issue, and I assume a lot of the staff is on holidays so it's understandable that it might take awhile but it's been almost 3 days since the last communication. Is this normal? Ticket number is 191225-001104 Again...just wondering, not trying to be a pest
