Mostly just the same ***. Like 45 ping, no lag during sieges, when there is 40v40v40 goin on, difficult open world (still remember the crying of nightblades in vr5+ locations).
Profanity filter is a crime against the freedom of speech. Also gags.
My Panzerzerstörer build, it was an oblivion damage build made to finish off the heavy armored enemies but ZOS nerfed both oblivion damage, torugs boost to oblivion damage and nightblades.
Soloing world bosses is a decent replacement, but not great.
I really miss what I had in Skyrim, realising I could not kill a boss and then just running and feeling victorious just because I managed to get out alive. Not stopping until I was through the gates and inside Whiterun.
I miss an working game where when you que'd for something you didnt bluescreen or when you traveled somewhere you didnt bluescreen or when an keep got flipped you didn't bluescreen oh hold on i bluescreened
One of my biggest nostalgia indulgences is the Blood Matron's Crypt quest on my first ever character. My GF had played from the beginning, was a vampire when it was still impressive. My little ~level 5 butt was just hilariously dying to everything on the way, following that big cool max VR rank character to the shrine. Had no idea what was going on, and I'm sure that added to the mystique of it all. I just remember the bright red letters of the quest and my GF explaining to me that I can't do it yet, but at least I have it. It was this big cool difficult thing to look forward to. Like a symbolic marker of progression. Everything was so exciting. Reminded me of trying out WoW (never got into it) and getting lost in overpowered zones, trying to avoid enemies to sneakily check out places I wasn't meant to be. Nowadays the level scaling makes things feel more like a flash game, rather than a grand fantasy MMO.
Anyway, the quest is still in my journal as some stupid denial of its lost value. xD
Well not so far back like VetRanks and stuff, but I miss the time after Clockwork as every single reward of the worthy dropped a transmutationgeod, which then either blocked your complete inventory or you used them to exploit the transmutation to generate tons of Nirnkrux with it.

Not so much in history but in the world. There is some interaction with the daedric prince's but I miss the mystery of them with the gigantic statues and them appearing to talk to you all mystically. I'd love to see more of it. We do get a bit. I guess I miss the gigantic Azura statue in Skyrim.
Dungeons being open and not level locked like now. + a more stable dungeon finder.
Like I remember when I got into "hard dungeons" on lvl 10-11. Like BC2. I was in a party with max lvl around 20 and I remember how we got stuck on that boss who summons mobs and disappears in portals! Damn this was hard! Like we had circled through 3 people just to kill it. THe saving grace was cp 200 guy with whom we killed the boss in 2 minutes xD.
Or the time in White-Gold Tower and Imperial dungeon instances! Like I have so much fond memories of them! They were damn hard and literally took an hour+ for me to complete each. Maybe because I was bad but also because I did it below lvl 20 even. (I think I even have the lvl 14 imperium helm in my bank rn, which you can't get nowadays. Or maybe you can but you have to enter a dungeon manually)
I didn't play at the time there were veteran ranks but I sure have seen some hard content. Dungeons were really interesting, and now they are just mindless grind. Even the White-Gold is easy now. I remember how I wiped on the atronach boss, but now wiping on any of the bosses in this dungeon seems awkward.
I miss servers that worked,
that did not have age long loading screens,
did not spend ages trying for find a new, random, reason to throw a loading screen,
did not seem to forever say 'please check you have a valid internet connection', or Error 305, or you are already logged in,
were not forever 'waiting for previous request'!
but I guess that they are a thing of the past, never to return!

I miss the original Coldharbor tutorial and the way it introduced every player to the Main Quest. I wish ZOS could update the combat portions of it and bring it back, ending in a choice as to whether we want to go to the base game or one of the Chapter zones.
