Is account rollback available?

Hey,
Im considering returning to ESO after a 8 month break. This time around, leaving a game, i used a rather impulsive motivational approach.

I really needed to stop B. C timeconstraints so i deleted all lvl 50 character and all my golded items.

Impulsive, helped me then, really regretting it now...

So my question is This, is there any form of account rollback available? We are talking about The last 10 minuters of play, havent logged in since.

I doubt Zos can roll back a single account.

I would suggest creating a ticket asking if they can restore characters for you as Zos has been able to restore individual characters from time to time but not always. Provide as much information as possible. However, the elapsed time is not in your favor as I would expect there is a good chance that the information needed is not longer available due to the time elapsed.

They can restore characters but I think they only do 2 restores.
